At some point we all realise that the stories, places and pictures we grew up with – and the voices that told us about them – could lose their meaning and power to connect with future generations. Here at Joyner Group, we believe now is the time to gather up those stories and special moments, so they can be celebrated, preserved and shared.

We want the process of bringing together your life story or family history to be as simple and fun for you as possible. All you will have to do is focus on the reminiscing and writing, while we take care of the technical side. Any memories, photos and text you want to include can be transformed into a beautiful book that will serve as both a timeless gift and a lasting memorial. You will be able to decide on how many copies you want to make and we also offer special packaging options and delivery.

We can also work with you to arrange celebratory occasions, such as a book launch event.

Planning your project

Available to work with people New Zealand wide, we will provide individual mentoring as you plan your project, gather the materials and prepare your text. We can also help with research, photography and other ways of enriching the story you are creating. All writing is self-paced, so there is no pressure or limitation on what you can do.

Editing, design and more

We provide professional editing services, and you can guide us on how much or how little editing you need. In addition, we have design and layout services, with a range of options to individualise each book to your preferences. We have both traditional printed book and EBook formats available.
